Colin Green works with clients to find sensible, tax efficient solutions and structures for their businesses and personal holdings.  To this end, Colin’s areas of practice include trusts, tax, wills, succession planning, and general corporate law.  Colin joined BrazeauSeller.LLP after practicing in Toronto with a boutique law firm that specialized in tax law. 

Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar in 2008, Colin completed his articles with a large national firm in Toronto.  He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law, where he received the Osler LLP Prize for advanced taxation during his graduating year while on exchange at the University of Ottawa. 

In his spare time, Colin is an avid ultimate frisbee player.  He also enjoys skiing and climbing.
