A founding partner of BrazeauSeller.LLP, Don’s primary focus is the creation of tax-effective structures for the accumulation and transfer of wealth. In this realm, he serves family owned businesses and individuals with high net worth. His areas of practice include corporate law, wills, trusts, tax and succession planning.

With more than 20 years of knowledge and experience, Don provides guidance for a number of established family owned businesses within Ottawa and the surrounding area. His clients appreciate his accessibility, skill, judgment, quality of work and proactive approach in addressing their needs.

In addition to his client services, Don has been the managing partner of BrazeauSeller.LLP since its inception. In this role, he has assisted the firm in its growth to attain a significant presence in the Ottawa business community.

Don studied mathematics and economics at Carleton University and law at the University of Ottawa. He has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 1985. Don is married to Lynn and has three children, Kristy, Mark and Kelly. He enjoys spending time at the cottage, swimming, waterskiing and fishing (and occasionally a good glass of wine on the dock).
