Marcia Green is a driven advocate who enjoys her time in the courtroom. Her areas of practice include commercial, construction and estate litigation, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.

With Marcia’s attention to detail, she represents clients in all Ontario and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators and specialized tribunals such as the Competition Tribunal and the Canadian Transportation Tribunal.

In addition to her courtroom experience, Marcia also has considerable knowledge about insurance disputes, labour and employment, real estate litigation, mortgage remedies and construction lien litigation.

Beyond her legal career, Marcia is very active in the legal community as a member of the Carleton County Law Association Planning Committee for the Civil Litigation Update Conference. She is also the key fundraiser for Law Day.

Marcia has a Bachelor of Social Science in mathematics and sociology from the University of Ottawa, and both a common and civil law degree from McGill University. She has been a member of the Ontario Bar since 1996.
